Our sustainable supply approach is to protect the environment for tourism and to minimize the negative impacts of our business on the environment, to contribute to the development of our environment and society and to ensure sustainability in purchasing throughout the entire supply chain.

In order to limit and minimize the impacts of our business on the environment during its operation, we evaluate the criteria of price, quality, suitability, as well as the preference of tools and equipment that consume less energy, less water and less waste during purchasing. When purchasing products, we consider not only the purchasing cost but also the lifetime cost.

Our basic principles include choosing products that are high quality, compliant with the relevant legislation, and produced from local and regional manufacturers, with a wide product range and environmentally friendly product/raw material alternatives.

We attach importance to using materials that cause the least harm to the environment after the cooling gases used in our hotel expire and replacing them with new cooling machines with up-to-date technologies that comply with environmental legislation.

We attach importance to working with suppliers that have internationally accepted sustainability and environmental certificates, such as quality assurance management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system.
